Website Authoring
Rapidweaver – like Dreamweaver, but much simpler, and for Mac only. $
WordPress – self-hosted website, in-browser editing.
Productivity
Apple iWork Suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote)
Apple iLife Suite (Garageband, iMovie, iPhoto, etc)
Microsoft Office Suite (depends on version – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Presentation
Keynote – presentation software for Mac, like PowerPoint, but prettier, and easier to use!
PowerPoint – industry standard, works on both Mac and PC, easy to use, available to most.
Prezi – giant workspace, zooming interface, great for brainstorm, story telling.
Google Docs Presentation – online presentation suite as part of Docs, easy to use, free, and available everywhere. Not as powerful.
File Storage
Dropbox – up to 2 Gb free online / cloud storage, pay for more. Use with multiple computers, accessible everywhere. Totally worth it.
